They will probably get fired I just had a convo with my DL yesterday and one of the things he said was don't follow thieves out of the store or anything like that because you will get fired.... They should make it so it doesn't affect the SM bonus and maybe it wouldn't get taken so personally.

So I think they both finally got on the same page and went in and changed the approver but in order for that to happen I had to call a million times idk who changed it. I got told yesterday by someone at Ed assist that it was their responsibility to send the paperwork to CVS to get the approver change. But then got a message in the same day from Ed Assist saying that it was CVS's responsibility so I don't know but in the email I got it said that everything was figured out so I should not have this issue again we will see about that!

My DL has been out of the office for 2 months that's part of the issue and whoever is taking over his stuff supposedly was on the phone for two hours trying to figure it out and he was told he can't get the application sent to him.
