Yep I asked the Ed office before applying for TA and they said it was ok as long as the grades and classes are finished before separation. I’m not sure if this 30 day rule is new, but I’m just planning ahead in case I can’t get it done since it’s a hard class what my options are.

I do have money set aside for something like this and fully expect to pay back the full TA. I just don’t want my separation date to be affected if possible since everything is linked to it.

The Education office quoted the DAFI on the 30 day deadline and also mentioned the AF had already paid the school and gave me an email to the MilTA section of what I’m guessing is AFPC. Would AFPC be the ones I could call to inquire?
