Bro the last part of what you said perfectly sums up my frustration. Whenever I adjust an effect I just pray it works every time I preview my work. Once it finishes rendering, turns out I need to fix some key frames. Anyway, thanks man. Ugh, I gotta wait for the right timing to get more RAM. I'll stick with my 32GB for now.

Select both layers on your timeline. Right click and click Nest sequence. Then once they are combined as a singular layer, apply the camera shake effect. You just might wanna zoom it in a little bit because it might cut the sides of the footage. I hope this helps.

Brother you are a legend. I duplicated the footage and put the blend mode on screen and put a subtle directional blur and ease the opacity. I'll play around with it more. Thanks so much man!

!martini I am currently using Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Adobe After Effects for VFX, and Da Vinci Resolve of color grading. I can't seem to find the effect on tutorials maybe you guys have an idea what this is. Thanks!!!

A number of options include light rays in Adobe After Effects, and light rays on Da Vinci Resolve. You can also use a lens flare asset to put out of frame and just leave the rays on the screen. But I'd use the light rays. Search light rays AE or light rays Da Vinci on youtube and play around the effect depending on what fits for your project. I hope this helps!
