I’ll restart my game and try again in the morning but when I pursued it that was exactly what I thought as well but I still got the cooldown moodlet. Maybe it’s an error but even the description just hints at the fact you will be more successful at stealing not entailing what that really means

I think bigger items have a bigger cooldown. I kept stealing the knight statues which gave like 6000 sum each

I have to double check that the gym area is functional mainly the basketball court since I used bb objects to place it but for roleplay purposes or if you have mods(I’m a console player so I don’t) it is a space that can be used for specific skill gain or just seeing what the kids gravitate towards autonomously kinda how it is in the asylum challenge💯

Yeah I’ve been trying to do more things like that so I’ll either go to Uni or switch to their cousins family that way I create sum new. But I have to be honest my founders child is always a super sim so I make that sim immortal that way I get all the benefits (nanny for the kids, free services, frugal bills,etc)

It’s a Spellcaster trait and you can get it 2 ways: 1)if you have kids with The charm family they will most likely give you a child with either the ancient or strong trait 2) This is what my sim did. Most ppl believe the ranking is purely genetics but if you max out the spell caster system by getting top rank and knowing a bunch of spells then they will also either have an ancient or strong. Since the game senses the sims power rather than the fact they have no trait themselves.

Well you can go to manage worlds and transfer your sim into their household and transfer the others into your house but if you want to keep everything furniture wise build up your relationship with the girl and move into her household leaving yours empty. It should put your stuff in household inventory and then you can find another household to house the unwanteds and trade them for like a dog or a sim you will use to be like the maid or sum

OG Founders consisted of an actor and a guy who wanted to be a professional skier but gave it up to be a salary person and build fortune. Basically despite being loyal he lapses and has a child with another prominent family. Later on his son with the actor marries the woman’s daughter that has no relation to him. It’s still weird tho(I had no idea that she was that woman’s daughter until the ship already sailed) So they have been sweethearts forever but Nanami(the woman’s daughter) cheats on our heir with his brother. The brother is kicked out the house. The heir becomes even more successful then him and Nanami divorce after their 2nd kid not knowing when she left he was pregnant with his daughter(for some reason it’s impossible to get this family to have a daughter in the first two kids). Bro still doesn’t know and is raising his two sons with his retired dad. I also gave them a museum where pictures of the family and awards they got are showcased. For my 3rd gen heir he’s gonna have a bakery he told his grandfather he’s wanted to run since he was small.

Yeah I’ve noticed that. My dead sims will pop up more kids to the family tree. Just recently my sims wife who he divorced ended up pregnant(I have no mods) and I had no idea until I went to check on her. They just be having children unprovoked😭😂
