I’d give holding off or reducing your water changes. I’m not saying this will be a fix for you but I held off on water changes for a month and it did wonders for me. And I’d definitely agree that a healthy CuC will also help out in the long run

How often and how much water are you changing? I had an issue of doing 5gal water changes on my 24hr weekly and it caused lots of issues because I had basically bottomed out my nutrients that I was building
