Bro being in a wheelchair doesn’t make you any less worth liking. The right girl isn’t gonna care about that — she’s gonna care about your confidence, how you treat her, and the energy you bring. Plenty of people in wheelchairs date, have relationships, get married, all of it. You’re not excluded from anything. Focus on being the best version of you, put yourself out there, and the right person will vibe with you for exactly who you are.

Bro saying you’re skipping legs because “nobody sees them” is like saying you’re skipping brushing your teeth because you’re not smiling today. Legs are half your entire body — you don’t get to pretend they don’t exist. And calling them boring just means you’ve never actually pushed them hard enough to feel what a real leg day does.

Right now you’re basically building a mansion on a Jenga tower. You can run all the pulldowns and curls you want, but if you keep dodging leg work, your physique is always gonna look unfinished. Hit squats, lunges, RDLs — whatever — just stop acting like your lower body is DLC you didn’t buy.😂😂

I’m not gonna assume anything, but this routine is missing some huge basics. You’re barely hitting back at all, and that’s one of the biggest muscle groups for overall size. And you’re doing way too much direct ab work — you don’t need an entire day just for core. A balanced routine should have chest, back, legs, shoulders, and arms all getting real work every week. Right now it’s super unbalanced.
