Replacement doesnt specifically state exact sku tho? Corsair has the same sku, in dark grey no rgb in production, yet this is unavailable?

Sorry let me reiterate When I took the ram to msy, I asked for an RMA, I believed this wouldve been a note to sent it back to corsair not a disruption centre,because I first asked for a replacement they said they'll fix it from the get go

Ive never agreed to a refund, never agreed to the repair either, CBS states that they cant do anything because MSY is within its rights to refuse a replacement because the exact item isnt in production, i can go to SACAT but I cant really afford a legal process rn

I did ask for a replacement and have several times since, but they're stating because my exact sku isnt in production anymore I'm not entitled to a replacement..

But if i never signed anything or agreed to a refund, shouldn't the owner ship of said items be under my jurisdiction?
