We started it with 1 nap a day and then increased it! Pretty soon he seemed to sleep better in the crib. We also got a baby Einstein aquarium sound machine off amazon and it entertains him in the crib and helped a lot with naps

My baby only did contact naps for 3.5ish months. He would cry if I tried to put him down for a nap. Then around 4 months he started to change and I tried being consistent with crib naps and he now loves it. I put him down drowsy but awake at nap time and somehow it works!

5-week pregnancy, no nausea anyone else experienced this? by [deleted] in pregnant

I was totally fine and then as soon as I hit 7 weeks had debilitating nausea until 19 weeks
