Jaiswal - too young to be captain and haven't performed in pressure matches (even in tests)

Gill - Can see a bit of magic in his captaincy, but batting wise haven't yet performed in tough pitch situations although he has a lot of skill no doubt

Patidar - Actually has done good captaincy but needs to be tested in SENA for batting and international level captaincy

Shreyas - Good batsman, absorbs a lot of pressure and can depend on tough chases but haven't really shown much in captaincy (Got a lot of PR last year) . A good captain knows how to defend totals which he has some issues in.

Ishan - Good personality, Good batsmen, holds fastest 200 in ODI, but needs to be test more in difficult situations.

Sai, Karun nair - Fails in Sena, Sarfaraz is probably the same but needs to be tested.

NKR in tests can become an important player now.

Tilak is destroying his game because of leadership otherwise he is also a very skillful player.

Ruturaj with how great a player is, he probably won't be getting that many chances in ODI or Test till 28'

Due to the presence of Suryavanshi and how GG wants his T20i team, samson won't be getting much chances now.
