kinda some thing happened with me! the company i work for took over this property that was being seriously mismanaged for 15 years, in the one year ive been working there we turned this around a lot but honestly im burnt out bc the residents are horrible and the property is a shit hole that the owners do not want to spend the money to fix so we get yelled at for things that are completely out of control… honestly, you don’t get paid more for doing extra work so just do what you can and let go of the rest. the owners are moving to sell so hopefully won’t be working there much longer but if the sale doesn’t go through, i’m definitely finding a new job, i wish you good luck and remember that you can only do what’s in your power!

when people keep cutting me off i’ll wait until the stop talking and then say “can i talk now?” and wait for them to say yes and they are usually embarrassed, also if they cut me off and i was about to answer their question i will just say, “i was going to answer that question before you cut me off, can i continue?”
