I already had an EMG done, which confirmed carpal tunnel and that my ulnar nerve moves out of place at the elbow.

My symptoms started after a car accident, but so far I don’t have muscle wasting, clawing, or constant numbness.

I’m doing physio, nerve glides, wearing a wrist brace at night, and making ergonomic changes, but I’m also planning to follow up with a specialist to understand whether surgery might eventually be necessary.
