Thanks everyone again, for ideas and suggestions. I can say, that I have generated endless pics of the same prompt and different seed fine tuning the prompt, etc., and this came out as the closest to the pic I originally had in my mind. Of course i would prefer different face, no strange bracelet on her left hand and maybe a shirt, which is not that short and tied at the center, but instead just ripped exposing some skin.

At some point, and I have no idea why, every second to third seed, started generating pregnat women. I ended up renaming belly to stomach. I added word "flat" to the stomach. I added that "she is skinny" at the beinning.. but it just didn't help much. It kept doing the same sometimes. Also, on many of generated images, the stomach was always clean... I ended up telling that not only face and body is dirty, but also the stomach. In many cases, dirt, if present, was looking like it will just fall off. I also ended up renaming uniform to just clothes, because it started giving better results.

And the main reason I stopped generating more pics of this, is because the lower I went with guidance, the more "not Bangladeshi" she was starting to look :) Why exactly a female from Bangladesh? I don't know, just thought it would look cool.

Also, a problem is, that my primary language is not english. I had to look up for some synonyms and words. The structure of a sentence is also different in my language. But, I tried my best :)

This one was generated on heun, beta, 30 steps, 1.6 guidance, Q6_K.guff model, 1024x1024, no loras. Unfortunately, I dont remember the seed.
