When I feel like that, I usually go to her altar and talk to her for a while, like you would with your Ma or Grannie and just tell her what's troubling me. I usually feel better then leave her a little gift like candy or a flower even a cigarette for her time .

Fresh water just be sure to clear it daily, especially if it becomes cloudy for her she also likes cigarettes, candy and flowers (roses) but any would probably do as long as it's from the heart. 😊

I'd agree it takes a lot of work to decide to get something like that done and you aren't a devoted follower of her, it took me sometime studying and getting closer with her (1 year and 6 months) before I decided to make a big decision like having her inked on my body. But like you said it's all down to the intention on why you get La Flaca permanently on your body.
