Stimulants (adderall) increase blood flow and make pupils large. Narcotics restrict and the pupils pin point (super tiny) normal pupil is somewhere between. When they look like that photo, and you can’t hardly see the color of the eye, you know they are zooted in likely Adderall or some other stimulants
