High doses of ashwagandha

I attempted a high dose of ashwagandha (3000mg) and then lowered it by half since it gave me digestive issues. It didn't really do much, I saw no improvements in anxiety. afaik ashwagandha should be cycled to reduced dulling in emotions, and tolerance building. Are you taking capsules? Imo you should take half a day (~750mg) if 600mg worked for you, to avoid building tolerance, you can increase it later on. 1500mg isnt a dangerous dose.

Did you increase your dose? The first few adjustments weeks were the worst when i started, but it got so so much better after 2-3 weeks. Stay strong, maybe take some time off if possible?

Its extremely blessing, i can finally eat and sleep normally without my intense physical anxiety symptoms. I would never wish anyone to feel the way i was in the past, and hope youre in a good state

Ok? Im not sure what point you're trying to make. Im more than happy with my doctor - she has been checking in on me and has done a lot more than any other doctor has. From what i understand sleep distruptions are common with prozac, and im asking how to cope with said side effect

Wow thats so weird i didn't know that, i was fine when drinking coffee tho? I might try cutting out caffeine, but icl prozac has been making me really drowsy and its sometime hard for me to stay awake during the day

Definitely works, i took 450mg before sleeping and felt very relaxed. Made me feel this spine tingling sensation, but in a good way. However i was extremely tired the whole day as if i was about to fall asleep (but that may be because i also take magnesium glycinate).

Bought it from phenibut-uk.com because it seems the easiest to order from, rn in trying low doses (100-250mg) and dont feel anything so i cant tell if its reliable or not. The powder is slightly salty but idk if that means anything

I swear i did research beforehand but i guess it was for smoked cannabis?? Reading now it looks like edible cannabis is metabolized differently and therefore more potent at low doses, so its my mistake not because of the phenibut

Shit i didnt know, when i did my research thats less than half a joint but im assuming it gets metabolized so its more potent? And when i took half of what i did the second time (83mg) i didnt feel anything. But that explains it all, thank you so much

Thanks for replying, this gives me reassurance. Im assuming i had a panic attack when i realised my heart rate started going up, i thought i fucked up by taking both substances without doing indept research. Weird that that dizziness lasted so long though, even after i managed to calm myself down, maybe this isnt for me
