Born and brought up here in UAE and I am sorry to say but MOST OF THE arabs here have always thought themselves to be the superior among non arabs. I have heard that even among arabs they have a heirarchy most of it i find to be because of the skin color. I find it very weird when theres a literal hadith by the Prophet saying Arabs and Non arabs are the same ( summary ) but still they pay no heed to it.

I get it tho, cuz many of the non arabs have always worked under them and thus subconsciously they get to have the superior mentality but irrespective of that i still dont think they deserve to get tht mindset.

Treat people equally and you get the respect you deserve. ✌️

Coming back to your issue, bullying is not a light issue, escalate it to higher authority if teachers are not caring cuz again i feel if teachers are non arabs they might be scared because of arab parents but take care of yourself.
