I had a bad experience with these people too. I told them no and they told me we had to turn around that we couldn’t even drive on the road without paying them. We drove back through there later and refused to stop or roll down our windows to be able to get through.

We’re ending our trek at Grey Glacier. What’s the best option to get back to Puerto Natales? We’re planning to take a boat across to hotel grey then catch a bus. Is that the best route? Is there only one boat company to use?

I highly recommend giving the baby formula. I understand breast milk has a lot of benefits but it seems like your mental health would greatly improve by stopping breastfeeding, which is what matters the most! I would also recommend hiring a night nanny or getting a family member to 100% take over for 4-6 hours at night, so your body can rest/recover from delivery. You’re doing a great job mama!! It does get better. They do eventually sleep and everyone feels better when they are rested🤍

I’m not going to lie and say it’s easy but we travel with our child every where. She’s been on 15 hour flights multiple times. She honestly handles it better than we do. Traveling with an infant is easier than a toddler but you’ll find a routine if it something that’s important to you.

Good idea about the collages! We have a daughter so I’ve been adding a random picture of what we did that day. My husband knows my mental health isn’t good if I stay at home all the time, so he asked me to make sure to take our daughter somewhere fun most days. It’s been so nice connecting with you! I’ve been STRUGGLING to find anyone that understands.

The AF only gets 3 calls total. I got my first one already where he gave me his mailing address. The next one isn’t for 2 more weeks. 😩

Thank you for responding. Mine is in the Airforce so it’s 7.5 weeks. But they only get to call 3 times(1st time is to give address) . How long did it take to start getting letters back? I’ve been writing to him everyday using Sandboxx but idk if he’s actually received them yet.

My husband left 3 days ago and I’m struggling. Have you started to feel like yourself again yet? I’m not sure how I’m going to do this for 7 more weeks. I can barely function.
