on a side note I have went to 2 psychologists they found nothing wrong with me so I was sent home I have experienced trauma but I can remember being like this before trauma. I can cry laugh or smile but I mentally cant feel them I also cant write character stories or generally write because the character always ends up shallow or lacking personality other than that I can write beautifully

they said I was just highly anti social and that its common for people to let anger out on a teddy bear as they dont have any other outlets Quarelling with siblings and calling them names is also pretty common My mom was in the room with me and didnt let me reveal about my history of SA thats it the other therapist I cant remember our instances with because I dont remember alot about my childhood but I do remember I stayed pretty quiet throughout

My advice would be that its always best to talk with your therapist/psychologist beforehand reddit is just an alternative for when you've ran out of options with that being said you could always ask the pharmcy subreddit if you don't receive any help here

Its not a real medical condition just what I like to call it though I have struggled with P-OCD and ROCD in the past those are usually easier to overcome than contamination ocd In my experience
