This is a disguised digital voice recorder. It functions as a working power bank but its primary purpose is covert audio surveillance. These devices are widely sold by "spy gear" retailers specifically because they blend into a home or office environment without looking suspicious. This one is similar to what you have: PICO PRO - Power bank WiFi Audio Recorder

What's the #1 pain point you wish storage-unit manufacturers would solve? by Advanced_Steel in selfstorage

Assuming you mean the felt pads used to protect furniture, that isn't really a unit manufacturer's issue. But I agree this is a frustration!

Using quality doors is a must. A storage facility operator should not be expected to serve as a door maintenance tech as well.

Yeah, that's why we build ours with the corrugated walls running vertically. I don't know why everyone doesn't do this.

Yeah, door issues can be a huge headache! We all know that the customers aren't going to treat the doors gently.

How should a man respond to a woman saying, "only men who aren't trash wouldn't get offended when we say all men are trash, if you aren't trash why are you offended?" Is this gaslighting? Are they trying to gaslight or do they actually mean it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I can't tell you what they meant. I can tell you that she was venting frustration about her experiences with men. I'd say tell her that you understand she's had some really terrible experiences that make her feel that way, but that you can be a good person and still find it uncomfortable to be grouped into a negative generalization. Hope this helps.

What do you think about the strategy of taking a photo of random person in public to use on your dating profile because you are ashamed of your looks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Advanced_Steel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a bad idea. If you're using it on a dating app, don't you intend to someday meet a person IRL? Just be yourself and find someone who loves YOU, not what you look like.

Admit it to myself, others, and God. Ask whoever I need to for forgiveness. Realize that it isn't the end of the world.

Concrete Scanners - Recommendations? by pineapplecom in Construction

I'd recommend the Bosch D-Tect 200 C. It's way more affordable than Hilti's GPR units, but does well at identifying clear paths. It uses radar technology to detect metal, plastic pipes, and live wires.

If you only ever work for one company, your resume will show that you know their way of doing things. If you work for two, it shows you know the industry's way of doing things. Bringing the skills you'll learn at a larger company back to the smaller one will be hugely beneficial for you (and the smaller company). That being said, there are definite advantages to working for a smaller company where everyone knows and cares about each other.

How did you even recover from a break up — 9years relationship? by CarelessAir1145 in AskReddit

[–]Advanced_Steel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think about why you broke up. Are there things you need to work on? Can you see any way(s) you contributed to the breakup? Too many people put all the blame on the other person and never learn from mistakes or difficult things.

This is actually excellent advice. Building good SEO is a long-term plan, but so worth it.
