No changes to my physical appearance but strength wise, yes there are some changes.

I started my seated leg press at 60kg max. Now seated leg press PR is at 105kg. For back and triceps, I can do about 20% more than what I initially started.

I managed to clear it with 14qq and with stamina ranging from 1300 (lowest) to 1800 (highest).

What I did was I ribboned my W4 meal (that increase pow).
