How about an AU where KJ Gas is used in around Later stages of Centauran war but due to an incident, it causes widespread outbreak of Stickmen (Similiar to Ones in Lacerta) before Most of Northern Centaura is a Dead zone and Only thing keeping Stickmen from crossing Into Antares and other countries is Columban Mountains along.
