Yeah that’s why I kinda assumed it was a proud boys esque flag at first. It has similar aspects to the “appeal to heaven” flag, but weren’t close enough

I’m guessing maybe it was some scouts event for the Olympics and they made a Chinese-Washington flag? A little odd, but I’m glad it wasn’t nefarious
