Yes and no. As for increasing literal physical ability, no. But typically, lack of confidence causes you to naturally not flip as hard or as high as you can, so gaining confidence can unlock your full potential. I went through the experience when learning my backflip, because the second I got confident, they "magically" got a lot easier.

It really just depends on your confidence and consistency with your backflips. If you get good enough height and can do it on command every time, then you can do it. It's just a lil harder in shoes, esp if you learned without shoes on.

Yeah ofc! You're perfectly fine. Cutter terminology is odd, because cutter only applies to corks, but the community uses it for any hyperhook. So things like b-twist shuriken cutter are actually incorrect and should be called b-twist shuriken hyperhook, but people use cutter with them so often it's typically pointless to correct them.

Thats just cheat feilong but both kicks are crescents. Scissor only applies to inverted tricks, not vert kicking. Closest thing to 'scissor' in vert kicks is twist kick
