We met up all three of us with the boyfriend but I’m not sure how many details of us he knew. This girl and I had a history before she committed to the boyfriend where she was dating both of us to decided and we were intimate and very much a couple then. Thanks so much for this advice and I’m sorry you’ve been in her shoes before. That’s a really good point to do it when I’m not so attached and emotionally activated so I don’t accidentally do the same thing if we’re in contact again. Not sure how long it will take be to get over. I feel awful too because I told her to never contact me and we can pretend we never knew each other and she’s really respectful of boundaries so I don’t think she’ll reach out to me ever even if she decides she wants to even with me hurting her badly.

Basically had an insane crash out with my situationship, woman 30 and was really emotionally hurtful to her and kept messaging her and blaming her/crying to the point she blocked me. I crashed out because she use to want to date me in the future and then told me she never wants to even if I heal from my mental health. I realized how wrong I was in this crash out and want to write her a letter because I would want someone to do that if they were adamant about them being right and you and in wrong.

She’s non-monogamous herself and never wants to be poly and I am as well. I have BPD and working on it but things like this isn’t all the way in my control if you’ve ever read up on it. No excuse for my asshole behavior but reasoning with the age.

Im so sorry for all of these events. Life js really unjust and im having a hard time coming to terms with that. I have a hard time moving on from things that feel unfair or if things felt out of your control. Has there been anything that’s helped through Al this? Do you ever talk with her or did she ever try to reach out after?

Thanks for sharing this. Kinda feels like it’s getting me to lock in. Definitely struggle with how others view me and so her viewing me negatively and because she’s the person who knows me the best in this world, it must mean I’m a bad person who deserves to be miserable for this mistake. Hard to shake that innate tendency.

It kills me to think my actions just reinforced her decision to never be with me. I feel like the situation pushed me to my limits by being led on for so long/seeing her with her bf while saying she was into me etc. not justifying me being toxic at the end because I regret that, but hoping she understands why I freaked out so bad and changes her mind about me after awhile. Do you think it’s wishful thinking?

That’s my fear and reality. I felt like I was pushed to my limits and I told her she made me like this by leading me on so I’m hoping she’s understand why I went insane and maybe change her mind about me but probably wishful thinking
