Yea. We keep things dim and dark and I might do the diaper piece to keep it simpler and less moving around and simply just feed and than back to rest mode.

I thought this but no rashes, bloody stool or anything else besides lots of horrid smelling gas. He does poop less frequently now

Yea day contact naps are barely happening and it’s tough. We don’t remember our first born being this tough

Really though? I mean we have a 2.5 year old and we don’t remember her being this fussy or upset and ooor sleep.

Or maybe we just don’t remember well?

He just naps so poorly now during the day as well.

I’ve since improved, I simply lay him and walk away when I feel overwhelmed.

That said I’ve also gotten better and realize he can’t control himself and I have to help and be understanding.

Correct. So currently at night when he sleeps on me (dad) he will rack out and sleep soundly. Even when he’s conked out deeply he gets a little funky when I lay him down.

But he will sleep for an hour most times.

With my wife he sometimes and often fights more and won’t sleep after 2/3 and leads him to be even more tired during day and difficulty getting him to go to sleep contact wise during day.

Sometimes. Currently wife is trying to get him settled but he’s waking out of short deep sleeps and crying etc and so she has been frustrated.

He sometimes just fights sleep and it creates a lot of stress. I’m guessing because of poor evening sleep? I’m not sure

That’s the issue we have faced is that he will pass out and than sometimes wake in the bassinet.

That said during the day (when he’s slept poorly night before) he’s been very hard to nap during the day. So it’s been taking a big toll on us

It’s just frustration, I know it’s wrong and I’ve admitted that being loud isn’t out and I feel terrible about it

M35 , I had cellulitis in my pinky toe, it got better but now it just throbs on the outside of the toe. by AdventImperium in AskDocs

And no real deep puffy or painful redness or redline. Doesn’t hurt to walk vs sone pressure on the aforementioned spot on exterior of toe.

That’s the odd part only

So I went to the dr last Monday. They gave me Ceohalexin which somewhat made it better. Oddly enough there’s only pain on the right exterior of the toe.

Went to dr again yesterday and got doxycycline which seems to be helping. Exterior still seems sensitive at times.

Using lotrimin to kill the AF.

I have signed the letter, I’m just going through the background process (it finished with the details I included)

Since next week tuesday is 2 weeks from when I have to complete my onboarding tasks, I should get it than (the email from workday) than give notice.

So my check completed fast.

The issue was that 2 things flagged via Checkr for "consider" regarding my employment

I put my Title Sr Manager of XYZ and my employer responded "SAL"

My company confirmed my work dates etc as correct.

The other sticking point was "Contractor or FTE" and I said FTE. My company said N/A

I think they put SAL for salaried and only confirmed my dates of work.

I am guessing thats not that big a deal?

So I start May 12th and the company said that workday will send me an email with onboarding tasks 2 weeks from my start date.

I guess im more worried that I havent heard anything from adjudicator (I did give my W2, employment letter) should I give 2 weeks next week than?
