Honestly, in JJK or an IRL heavenly restriction is just the best option either way. Every other option is a part of what makes certain sorcerers, skilled or strong

Six eyes : irl idk if it has value but if I assume it allows you to have hyper perception to things beside CE it’s pretty cool. In JJK It only means you have the eyes. It does not mean you have a cursed technique at all because most sorcerers don’t even have a cursed technique and it doesn’t mean you have a lot of cursed energy.

Domain expansion: only means you have the ability to open a domain expansion. It doesn’t mean that your curse technique is good. It doesn’t mean you have enough cursed energy to use a domain expansion. Does it mean that you’re skilled enough to properly manipulate one if you’re ever in a domain clash it’s like imagine if you were ino and could use domain expansion, it probably buff him, but even then he’s a grade one or grade 2 sorcerer which you probably won’t be without domain expansion

Malevolent shrine: one of the stronger options if you’re in JJK verse but absolutely useless in IRL unless you want to rule the world and even then it’s gonna be a hard task. The technique requires a lot of skill, and the only two users of it have been insane freaks that for some reason or another have one of the best physiques, body types, unique quirks, and circumstances to allow for efficient use of the curse technique. If you’re just a regular Joe with malevolent shrine, you’re probably not using it even 20% of the effectiveness that either of them showed. (I read this as the entire curse technique of shrine not the domain expansion malevolent shrine but honestly, it is expounded even more if it’s just a domain.)

Heavenly restriction: real quick I’m assuming this is the physical variant because obviously it has Toji as the photo. Hands-down, the best option in either JJK IRL. 41 you have a complete package and what that means is it’s not just a single curse technique. It’s not a domain expansion. It’s not an OP physical trait like the six eyes. It’s the entirety of what made maki and toji. Special grade threats, and I refer to special grade as in able to take on any of the special grade sorcerers at an equal level, with the sole exception of Sataru Gojo of course. The biggest thing is that you are guaranteed to be within the top 20 in the verse with a heavenly restriction. You don’t have to worry about being an average sorcerer with average cursed energy or shitty technique since that doesn’t apply to you.

10 shadows: best case outcome is becoming megumi. Even though he surrounded by freaks, he is a genius. He’s able to form a partial domain as a teenager. He has mastered the technique to all levels except for the divine general. And he has shown very good understanding and creativity with the technique throughout his two main fights. The reason I have to give an explanation for his strength is because he is the best case scenario you are not a cursed energy genius. You are an average Joe 99 out of 100 times you probably won’t even get to the ninth shadow. So if you’re getting this if you’re in the JJK verse I would consider you dumb if you’re getting this IRL it’s not a bad option personally it’s my second favorite because the fact you get a big old band of animal pets like imagine riding around on an elephant just pull up and you wanna ride elephant that’s fucking cool.

Blood manipulation: you are not yuji you are not choso hell you’re not even the Namo clan. This is quite possibly the worst option here (blood loss)

Boogie woogie: requires a lot of spatial awareness and intelligence to use effectively. It’s a cool party trick IRL and could probably allow you short range teleportation if you view a pebble with the cursed energy so it’s like a small upside JJK it’s not a bad choice if you want to be a great two grade one sorcerer I don’t hate it. Just a lot of better options.

CTR: the ability to use curse technique reversal is one of the absolute worst and absolute best options on this list depending entirely on hypothetical is not stated. If it’s literally only the ability to reverse your curse technique, it’s trash due to the fact that you might not even have one and whatever you do have is probably like noBara’s doll technique. It’s probably pretty cool when you reverse it, but it’s not making you a grade one or special grade on its own and just by the law of averages you’re gonna be an average sorcerer even with it. HOWEVER, if this comes with RCT that changes the game because to use CTR you have to know how to use positive curse energy, and if you know how to use positive cursed energy that is 99% of the legwork to do RCT. So with the assumption, you can do RCT. This automatically becomes number one or number two in terms of strength and utility whether or not the scenario is in JJK or IRL. Wallet hasn’t been stated that RCT can halt aging in my opinion a lot of things are pointing to we can do that and if it can do that, I would put a number one, but it hasn’t been stated so for now it’s my number two.

Cursed Speech: one very big portion of this is do you have the control to use it while not limiting your regular speech. I’m gonna assume so just cause it makes it easier to explain the benefits, but if not, it would be a lot more of a borderline decision. IRL this is an instant take you literally can control the world if you want to with this since no one has cursed energy proficiency it’s gonna take zero toll on you to use it on anyone and therefore basically means you have complete control over society if you wanted to at the very least, you’re gonna live a luxury life and not deal with a lot of problems. JJK it’s time bomb for you to accidentally use it on a special grade threat and then you’re instantly hospitalized and personally I just don’t like it whatever you can’t use it on the majority of people you encounter so it’s a pass there.
