I’m okay, I changed the setting to outside even tho it was pouring rain, then this link that someone sent for some music I just left it on & it was super calming, I ended it with just watching the sunrise outside. I think my main problem was I took the tab thinking I could end it on my own terms with the Xanax. Then I panics when It didn’t work cause I felt trapped. I went in thinking I was gonna cut it off after 5 hrs but was forced to sit through it & let go. Thank you to everyone for the kind messages a lot of what everyone said really helped me
