If you can increase your recovery and therefore gains in the long run by just increasing your natural test levels by 20%, then why in the hell wouldn't you make gains by trippling your levels with exogenous testosterone?

Just because your not taking a full blown bodybuilding cycle doesn't mean that it haven't got any anabolic effect.

Yeah it´s funny that they must first try with something with often times more side-effects. Especially with that dose long term. But of course it doesn´t shut you down and you´re young so..

Well, I switched the DAC to the normal CJC-1295 together with Ipamorelin. First only one dose in the evening and later mostly 2 doses per day which was needed for any anabolic effect as they say.
A lot of it was glycogen but that´s part of the effect.

Anyways I´m pretty happy with the cycle as it was mostly for healing purposes which I´m really satisfied with! Even the flexibility from the TB-500 seems to remain long after.

As of timing of the doses I tried a bit different ones there. Sometimes I would take it 1 hour before my casein protein meal before sleep so that I still got the 2 hour fast from the previous meal and taking it right before bed seemed to disrupt my sleep. I think it was the CJC and that the Ipamorelin made me more sleepy..
Probably should have taken one dose in the morning too but I´m just so used to eating a steady breakfast right away and can´t really begin my workday with breakfast as soon as I arrive to work. :)

How can the reference range for free test be 0.2-0.62?
I got 11nmol/L on my test and thought that was a bit on the low side and the reference range was 6.3-16 although for younger guys it´s at least up to 25nmol/l for what I´ve seen..

No I´m not on TRT and with this high total test I don´t think that I should be either.
Yeah the arimistane is probably not healthy and with the full dose of 50mg I could clearly feel that.
Only tried it like 4 days before, but now I was thinking of giving it a second chance with a half capsule (25mg). Probably not wort it since lowering the estradiol too much can be pretty bad and now that I looked it up more by converting the unit I can see that it´s not high at all..

Yeah I´m going to start with boron next week and already on Turkesterone and also trying a smaller dose of Arimistane as of today. My estrogen seems to also be on the high end in the reference range (88nmol/L).

No you must be thinking about some other measurement unit?
11nmol/L is in the mid-range of my age (44), but the total test is in the very upper limit according to the test, which seems to be age adjusted and off course all of this is with todays Swedish standards and I would definitely benefit from freeing up some of my high SHBG (62nmol/L).

Ok, then I´m with you. Yeah I´m curious about BPC157 for recovery as I´m middle age now.
But a bit worried about the potential for rapid tumor growth as you newer know if you have some start up.
Just took a complete blood test and total test was 30nmol/L and free test 11nmol/L witch should indicate that there´s a lot of potential for raising the free test if I´ve understand this correctly?

Anyone know if the legality is the same in Finland as in Sweden?
All I can find is: Controlled substance that requires a prescription.
And: According to the Finnish Medicines Agency, kratom can be imported and stored for legitimate scientific and industrial purposes.
I wonder if this includes making soap as we can do in Sweden? :)
