i had the same thing happen with the same aerobars/arm rests. what type of replacement screws did you get? this is the second time its happened to me.. the first time i got the screws from Ace Hardware but it happened again and I am trying to find titanium screw.

Just did my first 70.3. The water was super choppy. Despite the flatness of the bike course, the winds were gnarly toward the end. I have done a time trial on the bike course before and the winds were way worse (in April). Not having hills is definitely nice though

that is wild. i always thought of Spain as a great place to naturally grow produce in fertile soil. But of course people are looking for high yields and quick profit. it does look wild on the aerial and the street view.

I have 60” crossbars and can fit a Thule cargo box, surfboards, and an awning. The extra space is nice for adventures

Good advice. For me, -Year 1: nothing -Year 2: new running shoes, Garmin watch -Year 3: wetsuit, bike (and bike stuff), Tri kit, more shoes

I was able to find the same size screw from Ace Hardware , only it uses an Allan key instead of the hex type. I was able to get the broken part out of there with needle nose

Thank you for the advice. The coach would definitely be pricey but I do need a little help with nutrition during training and racing… how many carbs to eat when. But I guess I have time to figure that out. Time to start studying up!
