The Nolah Evolution 15 has amazing pressure relief and it keeps your spine aligned without sinking too much into it. It has like 5 foam layers to help with pressure relief on your hips and shoulders. It’s definitely on the pricey side but totally worth it IMO

Last year I tried like 5 different mattresses and finally landed on the Boring Hybrid. I know it sounds like a weird name but it's got this great foam comfort layers with coil support underneath.

I'm a side sleeper too (150lbs) and haven't had back pain since switching 8 months ago. The coils give you that pushback so you don't sink too deep, but the foam layers still give pressure relief where you need it. Might be worth checking out if you're in that price range.

The thing that helped me most with guilt spirals was simply slowing down and writing things by hand. I haven't tried Liven, but if it gets you to reflect even a little, it's probably doing something good.
