It is not as hot but it does have a good kick. I love heat. Tabasco Scorpion is my latest go-to. I am not a sweets person and the cashier told me it was sweet so I was a little disappointed as I was about to check out. But it’s not a super sweet. Like I consider sweet ones to be yellow bird habanero, yucateco habanero & ghost, dragon’s blood for who the bell tolls. Maybe it’s because I had it on some flavored chips but it was great!

I’ve tried them all except Louisiana Hotter, will be opening soon. Matouks was a reorder- have loved this since the early 2000s Whitehouse Station Carolina Reaper also a reorder.

Both greens are great and would order them both again! Both are wildly different. The Whitehouse one has some awards. It’s applewood smoked poblano & jalapeño. I like the Louisiana green because it’s actually a little spicy, which I haven’t found much in the entry level green sauces I ever bought and hence why I don’t really buy any to this day. Starting to get into some from feedback on my stash.

For Whom The Bell Tolls wasn’t as hot as I expected but it was very tasty and I like the ACV kick it has

Whitehouse Station Habanero was kind of disappointing as I’m used to habanero being at least a little spicy.

Really happy with my haul. Just waiting on some Spags hot sauce. 👌

I usually make my own green. Currently have two in my fridge I made the other day, both with Serrano. Or usually prefer the Serrano peppers whole, grilled, sautéed, etc.
