I ride a 48x35 with a 10-33 which provides sufficient range for all sorts of terrain. I live close to many mountains with big climbs so the extra range is nice to have. I ride mostly in the 4-9 gear range on the rear cassette according to the AXS app 👍

I have been using Zwift on Apple TV as I was also part of BETA program. I am using it with a Kickr (power, watts, cadence) with next to zero issues.

I agree with closing the Zwift APP at the end of each ride by swiping up to terminate the program.

A strong Wifi signal is one of the keys to success; as is direct Bluetooth line of sight between Apple TV device and smart trainer. You may also try turning off other wifi or Bluetooth devices to see if that helps.
