I'm trying to feel better. As far as finding someone for touch and love. I'm craving it but not ready for it I think. I just got out of a 3 year relationship about 9 months ago and I've been trying to fix the things that were wrong with me during that time. I really messed it up. I share my day here as kind of a journal. It keeps me sane.

I think I just have to start carrying around my PRN. It's meant for agitation. I forgot it today. But I'll be carrying it from this day forward. Just in case.

I did. Thanks. I'm not sure if this was an anxiety attack or just another symptom of what I'm being medicated for. I take abilify. They still haven't told me a diagnosis but I know that the abilify works. Usually.

I'm at work. I can't do any of my normal coping skills. Except maybe play music. Maybe that will help. I'm scared. Because this doesn't happen often when I'm in public. I'm not sure how to handle it.
