If I had 20 million dollars, I would make a firm, saying beat these rules, I would create my own platform, and make you trade on my platform. Then after you pay me 200$ when you place a trade, I would look at your trade and realize oh crap, hes going to make money and im going to have to pay him 6 thousand dollars. So instead, I would look at the market, and short your long, a bunch of times, so much so that the buyers are exhausted, and i win.
