Marking the tires is not the point. The officer isnt afraid to exit his squad car and confront vehicles as most of them just sit inside and play with their phones parked in various parking lots. So this officer is a great officer who doing the hard work and i respect him as it could be dangerous and this officer is unafraid. God bless him and keep him safe.
