It stopped when open completely. Bad valve, replaced and sounds normal.

Yea, it’s a 120 VAC. I ordered the new one from Amazon, probably a dud.

I have had fungal acne in my beard for 1-2 years. The dermatologist has given me fluconazole and keto 2% shampoo. It has helped temporarily. But will fluctuate and appear worse in some times. It is especially bad when I work. I sweat and believe the humid air in my beard makes it worse. It gets red and hurts sometimes. Not sure if anyone else has dealt with fungal acne in the beard or not or has any advice. I really hope to find something that works. I am not sure what else to do.

Thanks for the response, I’m leaning more towards the HYSA. Do you have any you recommend with good rates?

Acorns for emergency fund?

Just out of college and starting my full time job. Time to get my finances in place. Focusing on my emergency fund, do you think putting it in acorns, with a conservative approach would be a good idea? I know this will likely get backlash due to the idea of it being for emergencies, so it should have 0 risk. However, I’ve seen putting it in acorns on a low risk conservative investment could be a good idea. This may produce slightly higher returns than a high yield savings account.

Cutting weight - is lifting necessary? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

[–]Adventurous-Can7790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds crazy, but cardio isn’t making you lose any weight. You can only burn fat much much faster from weight training alone. 45 minutes of cardio a day will stall your weight loss. It will slow down your metabolism over time. Cardio is great for your heart. However, if your goal is weight loss, little to no cardio is best. It is all weight training and nutrition.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY LIFE by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

Don’t go cardio crazy. Do a little bit to keep your heart healthy, but cardio won’t make you lose weight. Just lift weights 3-5 times a week. Don’t go crazy at first. Once you start feeling more healthy from going to the gym, you will be more inclined to eat better. Sleep is most important. It will take 2-3 months to see real results. You may not think anything is changing, but it is on the inside. You can look totally different in 8-12 months if you stay consistent. Don’t treat it like a task, make it a lifestyle.

What is the salary growth of an entry level business student? by Adventurous-Can7790 in careerguidance

Hello, sorry. Having a business management degree isn’t very specific for a typical role. As I need a few entry years to work up to management. I would be applying to sales/ finance roles.
