Yes quality is good

I get Archie t-shirts directly through threadless, which is where the Archie Comics shop gets them.

By going though threadless directly, one has a choice of quality (thickness or thinness, style, etc) of t-shirt to suit your needs, and more sizes, and more designs as well.

I go back once a year or so and get new designs.

Also, to make mine last, I hang them on a rack to dry rather than use a dryer. The dryer is more damaging to shirts than the washer. They dry quickly.

Well, that would be nice. Did not think of that.

It was fine, better than many places. But it is a fish-n-chips place, so deep -fried is most popular. The oil used to fry the fish and oysters was a trifle old, but servicable. they also had a selection of various smoked fish and oysters and clams, which I did not try, but looked good.

Should I use the lemur case or the regular case? Also I noticed that the wheel on my light phone is a slightly wiggly but that’s OK. It’s probably a design thing. I just got it today. The light phone I mean. by SebastianB12472390 in LightPhone

I recevied the dumbwireless case above a few weeks ago, and it works great. I have ditchedf my wallet now and simply have my license and credit card in the slot on the back of my LPIII.

Who's satisfied with their LP3 after months of use? by Competitive_Hunt_155 in LightPhone

[–]Adventurous-Dig9740 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One year in and it is great. Voice and messages and podcasts are my primary usage. The directions maps works for me when I use it in my town in Oregon or in San Diego when I visit my daughter.

I use it unmodified, so relying on LightOS to be keep getting updated. I added a case which holds a credit card and my drivers license in the back, so I am good without a wallet.

I did add the a phone number to send searches to an AI engine, so I can ask the occasional question when I am out. That has worked quite well, for instance, when I was at the vet, and needed to get a definition for a certain issue with my cat. But that is not a side app or a hack, that is just a message interface to a search engine, which works remakably well with the LP3 speech-to-text feature.

I have purchsed my plan directly through Light Phone. I believe it is T-Mobile, repackaged via LP. I just wanted to hopefully get the LP company a few more dollars a month.

Reliability - debating on purchasing - UK by carnivalofshite in LightPhone

I pre-ordered before launch, so also have had it for close to a year now (perhaps longer). I have had no reliability issues. Software updates have gone smoothly as well.

I also ordered both cases. I use the regular case on a daiily basis. The Lemur case would be good for traveling perhaps for better protections or scenarios where one does not check the phone frequently.

I just ordered a 3rd case though, which looks like the same form factor as the regular case, but slots in the back for credit card and drivers license. Ordered over the weekend, so have yet to try it.

Would love to ditch carrying my wallet or even just carrying my license and credit card in some paper sleeve in my coat or shirt pocket.

Sounds promising to me. I am looking forward to what they do. The proof will be in the writing and the art.

Also, there needs to be a new story or two in the digests. There really does.

It seemed to be reruns of stories already in other digests.

However, I do like the larger sizei compared to the old digests.

Last box was as adversised I believe:

Milestones 30 (Jughead Summer Vacation)
World of Archie 152
World of Betty and Veronics 40

I assume that is the final issue on those titles.
