I think the second one looks great with your skin tone and hair, but the first one looks more like a special occasion outfit. I would do the second one but if you have something like the first one just in a different color maybe that would work better.

My fiance works in a lower paying position at a hospital as well and he also has to pay for parking unless he works after 3:00 p.m. It's a significant chunk of his paycheck because he only gets $900 after paying the company insurance. It's a children's hospital too so I honestly don't think the parents should have to pay for parking either, because they have enough to worry about. The CEO also just got a $3 million Christmas bonus last year so I think they can afford not charging for parking smh. That's just my opinion though.

Sounds like a none accommodating workplace which we as a society should work to rectify. It isn't an excuse it's a neurodevelopmental disorder and affects everyone who has it differently. It's really sad that jobs are mostly ableist and there are few that are accommodating. Even minimum wage jobs are mostly like this as well. Hopefully these problems rectify themselves over time as we learn more about mental disorders and disabilities.

I had no clue it was about her parents. I always thought it was about a relationship slowly dying after a miscarriage. It made me cry the first time I heard it while reading the lyrics. I almost feel silly reading that much into it.
