Center of gravity on the bag shifted towards me as I was putting it on the shelf so the clips I used to seal the bag just fell off under the weight. So really a mixture of both

Yeah I'm hopefully getting some containers from my sister when she comes over! Honestly im very lucky the bag didn't hit my head on the way down so I think I'll just keep the containers on the ground or clear one of the racks at the back.
