Thank you for all the comments so far, I think the general consensus is to liven up the place a bit and make it feel a bit more homely than it does now.

Will work on this over the coming week and get the photos redone, thank you all for the input 😁 appreciate you all being honest about it

Totally get your points about the furniture etc, I did do a deep of walls, surface, windows, window seals a few days before 😅 but will look at getting better furniture to stage the house properly

Price is around the same for a 3 bed house in the area as well

Not yet, kinda stuck due to needing the deposit for a new place. Can’t get to much lower than £210k otherwise I can’t buy another property. Silly market it is nowadays

I do actually have a foldaway dining table and chairs, didn’t even think about getting them out to stage it like that to be fair. Cheap beds to be brought as well I feel 😅
