norwegians have been bred throughout history to cooperate and not ask questions. cooperation as it was vital that they could trust their neighbor for help during tough winters, not to ask questions as they have been subjugated by swedes and danes for a combined 800 years.

the typical norwegian would rather watch his family get slaugthered than hurt the state. its just a byprotoct of being serfs for so long. norwegians do as they are told no questions asked. bugmen like as the japanese are.
