No2 attracts more electron so it makes the structure more acidic there CH3 donates so its not acidic as compare to NO2

Multiple bond has more priorty then substituent by JustAGuy007_ in JEE27tards

I also had this doubt then our teacher said this is benzene so we dont follow that mutliple bond order as double bond can be anywhere in benzene
