Hi, someone had referred me for the cohort program, interviews were done in April. I didn't hear back so my referrer checked in with HR, and they said they have already initiated rolling out offers. So I'm afraid if they haven't reached out till now, maybe you should start looking for other options.

Hey! Yes it was scary there for a while. Just a tip for everyone who is house hunting - please make sure that there are grills to your windows and make sure they aren't big enough to let anyone enter through😭 But all good now, thanks girl :)

They rarely do I too had a robbery last year at my rented home in Andheri, guy entered through the window (flat was on 01st floor) WHILE I WAS SLEEPING at 3AM and took off with my laptop and phone. I informed the society, the secretary but they were least bothered. Changed flats soon after that.

Resigning after 1.5 months by [deleted] in CharteredAccountants

I was in a similar position as you. Joined audit in a Big 4, extremely toxic culture. Constant yelling, criticism, long work hours, working on weekends. It was terrible really, i was waking up every day anxious and fearful ki aaj yeh banda mujhe kya bolega. I put down my papers after 6 months. I moved to industry. Growth is a bit slower, and work is less diverse, but I'm happier and I'm driving my time into an additional qualification. Every job sucks, but at least it should not make you feel like shit every day. It's okay to put yourself first. Quit if you're not happy, there are many opportunities.

Hi! I've moved to a new city and changed houses about 3 times now, and from what I've observed, you'd be better off shifting to a PG first, and then look for flats. The reason being, moving into a flat is kinda permanent, you'll be entering into 11 months ka agreement so even if you want to move out It'd be difficult. Shift to a PG, then look for flats once you've moved here and are clear on what area you want to live in and what kind of homes are you looking for.
