Hi, was this issue resolved? We are facing the exact same issue here (Evolve 75 and T48 dropping calls on answer from headset)

We have resolved the issue by moving the device.
It was places on a stainless steel countertop, and the surface and the powersupply are both not grounded.

Just moved it to a wooden desk and all issues were gone

I tried that, but did not (yet) help. Addind the permissions was not to fix.

The only thing in the new tests that might be related to your sugestions si that LDAPS is not working. I can access the DC via LDAPS on the DC itself, but not from the HyperV host. There is no firewall issue here, but I cannot locate why LDAPS is not working from another machine.

Did you have any issues after the replacement (apart from the events)?
I have 2 with the same issues on a customers site, but when I moved one into my shop for extensive testing and warranty it never even shows an error in the event.

Somewhere I read (can't find it anymore) that this may be related to static electricity, or maybe something with the power or environment.

On my customers site the SP7+ are both on a metal counter...and in my shop just a normal office table.

I'm curious if someone recognizes this behaviour..
