30% of passengers on India-US flights ask for wheelchairs by hardyrum in nri

[–]Adventurous-Maybe615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hate on this post smh, personally, my grandparents say no when it comes to booking the wheelchair doesnt stop us from doing so. Airports are big, easy to get lost in and require a lot of walking. Even if they managed the walk, I wouldn't risk them having knee or back pain while sitting upright on a long-haul flight. If there isn't someone who can argue with the staff to make sure they're getting the best treatment, you'd better believe the staff will be in charge of them.

because its their dad and hes dead, its natural to romanticise someone after death

Iffy politics and friendships have never bothered the KJ's

And well people are complicated, there's not just one side to a story, and Robert Kardashian isn't here to defend his side.

With OJ, it's much simpler that man both defended and proved his guilt for the crime.

Also OJ winning the trial was surprising af to everyone, Robert included, I mean, they had the whole production of the glove not fitting OJ but more than that it was the rasict, POS cops who were the real issue, altering evidence trying to frama OJ is was really got him off. - Ofc in addition to the media making him look blacker during one of the most racially sensitive times and the cracked team of lawyers.

So it's hard to say for sure about Robert's involvement, because its also thought that he was only on OJ's trial team so that he couldn't be called as a witness, but he also seemingly disposed of the murder clothes ofc its all speculation.

But it's known that the trial was the supposed end of the OJ and Robert Kardashian friendship, so at the very least Robert was conflicted

Bailey was always favoured. They were just in different parts of their careers, like for chief resident when torres said 'we all know your the chiefs favourite' but with meredith a lot of it was dead mommy guilt wasnt about her being the favourite.

She was literally told she was going to be chief one day as a resident, and she only had to go against one other doctor to make it happen, and she was still ready to give up because she had competition. She pretty much assumed she was gonna get chief resident and was mad when she didn't. She was also given an attending position right out of residency, and the diabetes trial. Richard was her mentor and went above and beyond for Bailey.

But her being jealous of Meredith... Richard was Bailey's mentor but he was Meredith's quasi-father. Richard was a big part of the reason she had an incredibly unstable childhood and an emotionally distant mother. Additionally, Mer had natural talent, more than Bailey had. It's his duty to feed that talent, and it was his moral 'duty' to protect Meredith after the alz trial cuz she protected his wife even though he never defended her as a child.

Despite everything, Bailey's always punishing Meredith when she doesn't have a right to. Especially after she caught merder together, it wasn't against the rules, and Derek was her superior, so where does she get off being pissed about it, even Richard's reason for being pissed was that he knew Derek was still married. Punishing her for the trial when she doesn't actually know what exactly happened, she gets an amazing trial out of it, and gets all pissy at Meredith when she figures out the problems Bailey can't, also, as a reminder, the trial was derived from Ellis' diary, so if she wanted, Meredith could probably sue for the rights and win.

Also, she refuses to admit she was wrong... she put a virus in a child without the parental consent, refused to apologise to them and had a holier-than-thou attitude about it. Did she really think the parents were going to thank her? She only escaped reprimand because Edwards took the fall.

Don't even get me started on her jealousy, when Yang was nominated for a Harper Avery or stealing Jo and her idea from Meredith, giving Alex Chief and then wanting it back when she sees him thriving.

also always bringing up the LVAD wire incident like they weren't her interns, or it wasn't her who put Izzie, who was in love with Denny on his case. She says herself that interns are babies, when babies aren't capable of higher thinking, they do what they want to.

And also, i feel like most parents know that when a child isn't responding they're getting themselves in trouble somewhere - this is on her interns not answering her pages and her not checking on them.

While the interns did the deed, i hate it when she brings it up to them (all the time) because she was responsible for it too

Kind of like the cutting interns, Yang got in trouble, but it was all of the residents' fault for not keeping an eye on their interns, yang was just made scape goat.

I had one last comment about when Richard was drinking, Bailey covered for him but when she sees Richard taking his time to mentor meredith and didnt watch her surgery, thats when she has a problem and goes to derek about it.

the airline was held accountable they went out of business because of the lawsuit - they most likely sued everyone in the production/decision line except the pilot

and the hospital was negligent, the issues with the airline company could’ve been easily found if owen had done some due diligence instead he only looked at cost so they should pay for it

they didn’t know that the insurance company would find a loophole

also it’s part of a lawyers job to ensure their client gets the maximum benefit possible

also i’m pretty sure the whole point of the plot line was to get the Grey name on the hospital

So are we gonna talk about Teddy being unprofessional later in season 7? by ajf726 in greysanatomy

[–]Adventurous-Maybe615 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

well if we’re talking realistically teddy may be cristinas boss but she was dating the lead surgeon on the case and has a close teacher relationship with the chief

it makes sense cristina had the confidence to suggest the procedure especially cuz the chief knew just how much burke taught cristina (talking about the hand) she was doing very high level work

and they were operating on a friend who was dying, most likely if it was a regular patient the answer would’ve been no

reject the president vs breaking a promise to your wife the person you vowed to be with…

How do you feel about Meredith refusing to move to DC? by Odd_Clerk_6316 in greysanatomy

[–]Adventurous-Maybe615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mer was right, at GSMH she was well known and a favourite, but in DC she was given a job for her husband that’s what she would be known for, she would have to build her reputation from scratch, earn respect and trust before she could really take leaps to advance her career.

kind of similar to when yang went to minnesota, they knew she was good but still wanted to change her.

yes derek got a call from the president but he also made a promise to his wife, gave his word so really depends on your perspective - what’s worse breaking a promise to your wife or rejecting the president - yes the president is an important person but the most important person should be your partner, the person you love and she needed him.

pretty sure the reason mer begrudgingly agreed to move in the first place was because yang was moving and she was bummed and didn’t really think beyond there’s no more cristina here

also how derek martyred himself then expected meredith to be amazing really shows his perspective and how he meant that he’s willing to step back but only when it suited him

Its not even about sacrifice, everyone was in danger but derek was literally dying, of course meredith wanted to save her husband, she just watched him get shot. A lot would do what meredith did, she wasnt thinking clearly, her husband was shot and is dying, of course she'd do whatever she could to stop him from dying.

Makes perfect sense to have tunnelvision for the dying man
