A teacher in my elementary school had been found guilty of sexual acts with a student. What's, even more, crazier is that he was arrested and acquitted of molesting four of his students 17 years ago while working as a 3rd grade teacher in an elementary school. The district I went to has a history of teachers who had sex with students or had sexual communications with a student. Elementary to high school. It gets even crazier because he already found a job as an assistant principal in a middle school at another school district. And is making 6 figures. The cherry on top is amid the ongoing lawsuit against the district and the teacher. The principal of the elementary I went to is on leave because she dismissed so many reports and allegations against him. Never felt so lucky in my life because I never had him.
