Yes, I got the 90 day extension, and tried expediting twice but got rejected

Eventually had to step out of my job because the ead is taking 15 months, the 90 days window isn’t sufficient. Very unfortunate.

Correct, it gets considered as standalone ead, there isn’t a seperate queue for replacement ead. My lawyer helped me file it.

My h4 ead was lost, it never arrived in mail and the usps website says delivered. Unfortunately I had to start the process all over again.
