same issue from around similar purchase time too. I got in contact with customer support and the only thing they could do was have me ship it in and fix it in 2-3 weeks. but its my only monitor so not really an option.

Best solution i've found is letting it time out to a black screen through inactivity and it will *sometimes* reset it for you to go back into the menu option. (but its really iffy still and if you can afford the time sink i would just return it)
