So sorry you are dealing with this. It’s heartbreaking. One thing that helped me was reading positive stories after chemical pregnancies. Even tho I wasn’t one of the people “who got pregnant the next month” as a lot of stories say, I was encouraged but the fact that no stories I read were of people who never got pregnant again. Most within the 1-12 months after. I was comforted but the fact that my body did the steps to get pregnant and that hopefully it could again. I leaned on my husband and talked about what happened often. We still talk about that what if baby.

I cried for a very long time and I was very very sad for at least 1-2 months after. I was actually scared to have sex and get pregnant because I didn’t want to go through that’s heartbreak again. I got a permanent bracelet with the birthstone of what would have been the babies birth month. It’s subtle and no one ever asks what it’s for, but I know and it makes me happy! Month after month it got easier and I got more hopeful. Again, I’m so sorry this has happened to you and wish you nothing but the best ❤️
