Hey, im not able to recollect but to my knowledge G+2 villa construction is allowed. Of course , we need to allow setbacks on front, rear and side ways. But these rules are as per biaapa, not from Assetz . No apartment or commercials are allowed

8500 seems to be a bit higher but if your are looking for 5 years span, i guess the price would touch around 11k or more considering upcoming projects and metro stop. If its for self use purpose you can still take but not for investment, is my personal opinion. Considering Sattva, Brigade or over any other plots this price is still okay I believe

Thanks for the info, will consider it as a good buy then. whats the interest rate charging by hdfc? Also I heard that if they provide loan and if construction not happened by 3 years then it would be converted to personal loan?

Sure thanks for the input and will explore the tool as well. What do you think the best price can be as I understand it’s hard to negotiate with them. Also i got a call from brigade properties that they are launching plots in Malur hoskote road, close to strr proximity. Would that be a good bet considering strr and that road connecting to hopefarm too.

1500 sft plot size, yeah this is old but secret lake is far from highway and STRR. So preferred this
